March 20, 2000: The five accused present a combined motion for headquarters change, requesting that the trial was transferred to Fort Lauderdale, arguing that the basic nucleus of the anti- Castro was in Miami. They also aided their order in a survey that threw the existence of prejudices against the accused in that city

March 2, 2001: The presentation of the witness of the Prosecutors concludes.

 March 5, 2001: The lawyers of the defense present motions and ask that the trial is refused before the fact that, evidently, during the three months that the office has passed presenting supposed proofs there has not been any real argument that can determine if our countrymen have made the crimes that are imputed.

March 12, 2002: René is transferred for the prison of Mckean, in the same state of Pennsylvania, at two hours of Loreto by road, where he was previously.
