Cuban Telecommunication Enterprise (Etecsa) has informed today that the province of Pinar del Rio has been restored with one hundred percent of cellular coverage throughout its territory.

Following the priorities of restoring the provincial capitals with the reordered resources in the country, from today Cienfuegos city has service and radio bases continue to be installed to expand coverage and improve quality.

The provincial capital of Sancti Spiritus has completely restored cellular coverage and the city of Santa Clara only needs to complete two base stations.

Starting on June 30, commercial adjustments will begin to customers who have recovered their service in Pinar del Rio, Villa Clara, Sancti Spiritus and Cienfuegos.

The measure will consist in extending the effective dates to the Bonds, Nauta Stock Exchanges, and the Voice and SMS Plans, in a period similar to that of the affectation. It will also treat subscriptions with effects on the life cycle of the cellphone line extending its validity until August 30.

The adjustments will be made within 7 days of the restoration of the service. Once the adjustment is made effective, customers will receive notifications through a text message. After this term, those who have not been notified may report their incident through the telephones 52642266 and / or 118 or go to the business units of the company.

Etecsa will continue making all the efforts to restore services in full to all customers and will make the corresponding commercial adjustments.
