Cuba reestablishes normal schedule

(RCM Redaction)

At one o’clock in the morning on Sunday, November 3, the clocks must be delayed by one hour, which will establish the normal schedule throughout the national territory, coinciding with the countries of the Northern Hemisphere that use it.

Information from the National Office for the Control of the Rational Use of Energy, sent to the Cuban News Agency, explains that with the application of normal schedule there will be a greater use of artificial light, which increases electricity demand during the electric peak time, which will occur between five in the afternoon and nine in the evening.

Consequently, it is necessary that both homes and workplaces adopt measures aimed at using only the necessary equipment and lighting at that time.
